Alliance members share a commitment to the values and benefits of single-sex schools for girls, and a belief that all girls regardless of educational setting, benefit from the unparalleled opportunities girls’ schools provide. The Alliance opens up opportunities for dialogue and collaboration with a diverse membership that represents over 132,000 girls and 10,000 educators in five countries, across Catholic, state and integrated and independent sectors – all sharing a common goal. In addition to strong connections and collaboration members benefit from professional learning opportunities, access to research and analysis, alignment with our corporate partners, national and international advocacy, and unique student programs.

Exclusive access to resources and research
We provide members with the latest research relevant to girls’ education. Our research materials are only available to members and are an invaluable one-stop resource for facts, findings and topical material for educators of girls.
Conferences and events
We offer exceptional professional learning forums, events and conferences with member rates and special offers. Our programs attract many hundreds of participants annually and connect educators passionate about the education of girls from around the world.
We deliver unique conferences and forums for students of member schools, including our Student Alliance Networking Group. Our annual Student Leadership Conference is held each January. This conference provides a forum to explore leadership, prepare for the responsibility, and network with like-minded students from our member schools in Australasia and our affiliates in the USA and UK.
We publish a biannual magazine In Alliance, monthly eNewsletters, and resources for members including “Why a girls school?” brochure and fortnightly research summaries for principals. These publications build positive awareness for the case for girls’ schools and increased recognition for our members.
