Male leaders need to get involved to increase women in STEM

Most of us would find it hard to name a famous female scientist off the top of our head, difficult to name a famous female technologist and near impossible to name a famous female engineer. The fact is, women simply have not had the inclusion, nor profile within STEM industries within the last 50 years.

Many projects and changes are now being implemented to reverse that trend, however, the issue is multifaceted and requires involvement from many levels within education, government, and business.
