Bond University Indigenous Medical Scholarship

Bond University / 30 September 2020

In 2021, Bond University will be providing a pathway into its Medical Program* for Indigenous students. As part of this initiative, Bond University has developed one 50 per cent scholarship for one Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander student commencing in the 2021 Medical Program.

This opportunity means that the successful applicant of the 50 per cent scholarship will incur no up front cost to study the Medical Program providing they are eligible for FEE-HELP and ABSTUDY.

People that identify as being Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander and are expected to meet the academic entry requirements are encouraged to apply.

*The Medical Program is comprised of two sequential degrees – the Bachelor of Medical Studies (BMedSt) and the Doctor of Medicine (MD). All students selected for entry into the Medical Program will have to complete both the BMedSt and MD to be eligible for registration as a medical practitioner in any state or territory in Australia or New Zealand.
