Elizabeth Broderick Australia’s longest serving Sex Discrimination Commissioner and 2016 NSW Australian of the Year, will be a keynote speaker at the Alliance’s Biennial Educators Conference. Elizabeth will address the conference theme “Real Girls Real Women: Leading, Empowering, Celebrating,” along with other nationally recognised speakers including academic and author of “Gender Differences in Risk Aversion: Do single-sex environments affect their development?” Professor Alison Booth and social researcher and next generation expert, Claire Madden.
Registration is now open for the Conference, which will be hosted at Rydges hotel on 23-24 May, 2016. The Conference is a unique event focused on girls’ education attracting attendees from all over the world who come together for two full day of networking, professional learning and interactive discussions and debates on critical issues affecting educators and girls.
