She outlines the need to develop and empower girls for success in areas when women have lower levels of participation, such as STEM and leadership.
Lara Silkoff, School Psychologist at Mentone Girls’ Grammar School in Melbourne, talks about a program implemented at Mentone Girls’ Grammar focusing on wellbeing. Kim Adams talks about empowering young women to confidently be themselves.
