We are pleased to announce a new partnership between the Alliance of Girls’ Schools Australasia and Educator Impact.
Educator Impact provides schools with professional development programs for all staff members, including senior and middle leaders, teachers, and administrative, operations, and support staff. EI’s programs give teaching and non-teaching staff a platform to collect 360-degree feedback on their professional practice to help inform evidence-based goal setting, and track and measure growth over time.
As part of the new partnership with Educator Impact, the Alliance has secured a range of exclusive offers for its member schools.
Loren Bridge, Executive Officer of the Alliance of Girls’ Schools Australasia is excited to be working with Educator Impact.
“The Alliance recognises the value that Educator Impact can provide our members. Not only will our member schools be able to incorporate EI’s innovative programs into their existing professional development strategies and improve both individual and school effectiveness there’s also the possibility for expanding the horizons for 360-degree programs to girls’ school specific competencies. I can’t wait to witness the impact of our collaboration with EI in classrooms and across schools in the years to come.”
Ken Wallace, Chief Executive Officer of Educator Impact is thrilled to be working with the Alliance and the opportunity this presents to its members to access EI’s programs.
“Having worked with many girls’ schools over the years and supported the Alliance through conference sponsorships we feel incredibly honoured to be expanding our relationship. Education is facing many challenges and as the recent Grattan Institute report highlighted, it is increasingly important that we use our networks and shared expertise to maximise our ability to improve educator effectiveness and, of course, improve student outcomes together.”
