Educators in Victoria are invited to attend a special session with wellbeing speaker and educator Meg Durham where she will delve into how schools, and individuals can improve staff wellbeing.
Meg’s session is designed specifically for school leaders who want to thrive in their role and purposefully create an uplifting environment for themselves and their staff. During this presentation, school leaders will learn how to:
- Check their energy levels and practical ways to recharge on the go.
- Identify and articulate the obvious and subtle signs of thriving.
- Recognise the patterns of behaviour that can hinder their ability to thrive.
- Navigate the growing challenges of leading in a complex school system.
