We are pleased to offer two dining experiences for our Summit attendees, each sampling some of the best culinary delights in Hobart.
Rockwall offers sophisticated or casual dining in a nature-inspired environment, encompassing the amazing textures and tastes that Tasmania has to offer. Their cuisine encapsulates the state’s reputation for four seasons in one day—oysters fresh from the waters off Bruny Island, Tasmanian salmon with crispy skin or pork loin rack, glazed with plum and tamarind on mash.
Rockwall offers an extensive wine list and can match the dishes with wine available by the glass.
$79.20 – includes a three-course meal, you may select and purchase your own beverages of choice on the evening
Bar2Bar
Experience two of Hobart’s exceptional bars. Two groups will each begin at one of the bars, swapping over mid-evening with a short 3 minute walk between venues.
A relaxed, social bar with a hand selected range of wine, beer and fine spirits, including Tasmanian favourites. At Post Street Social their dining style is casual and designed to be shared, with plates being delivered to your table as they become ready. Tasty morsels to be savoured over conversation.
The Story Bar is inspired by the egalitarian nature of Tasmanian society, where class divisions are less obvious. With this in mind, their bar team offer everything from draught beer to the finest wine and spirits in an enigmatic watering hole, adorned with newspaper headlines from decades past.
