2023 Annual General Meeting | Attendance and Proxy Forms

The AGM will be held on Wednesday 22 March 2023 at 2.30 pm (AEDT) via video conference. The Notice (including the Explanatory Statement) sent to principals of member schools on 27 February 2023 sets out important details of the resolutions that will be put to members regarding a merger with the International Coalition of Girls’ Schools. The Directors encourage your attendance at the meeting and for those unable to attend, the Directors recommend nominating your regional representative as your proxy. Only principals of member schools can vote or hold proxy votes.

Members who are unable to attend the AGM, or who prefer to register questions beforehand concerning matters to be considered at the AGM are invited to do so.
