The National Coalition of Girls' Schools Ms Susanne Beck The National Coalition of Girls' Schools (NCGS) was established in the US in 1990. It is an association of girls' independent and public, day and boarding schools across America. NCGS members share a commitment to the values and benefits of single-sex schools for girls, and a belief that all girls, regardless of educational setting, deserve the opportunity to realize their potential, to be active and equal, confident and competent leaders, participants and contributors. Girls' Schools Association Sue Massey The voice for girls' schools in the UK is the Girls' Schools Association (GSA). The GSA represents over 200 leading independent schools for girls in the UK and overseas. Schools in the Association offer a choice of day, full boarding, weekly boarding and flexible boarding education. The schools range in size from 200 to 1000 pupils.
